Individualized Program Development
ABA is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Based on observations, interviews, and assessments, each ABA program is written to meet the unique needs of the learner. Throughout treatment, data are collected and continuously analyzed to determine treatment effectiveness and progress. Programs and goals are updated regularly to meet your child’s needs.
Treatment goals are written based on the age and ability level of the learner. Goals can include many different skill areas, such as:
- Communication and language
- Social skills
- Self-care (such as showering and toileting)
- Play and leisure
- Motor skills
- Learning and academic skills
